Spa treatment for HAIR in the comforts of your house

AAAhhhhhhhhh!!!! This was how I actually felt when a talent agent, and a hairstylist for a shoot I was on actually commented on my hair and told me that my hair was dry! By the way, the talent agent was a guy, he asked me this...

" Mei Sze, why don't you put conditioner?"

To my dismay and embarrassment, I replied in a non-assuming manner that I really didn't care about my hair, and he gave me a "tsk tsk, how can you not when you are in this industry?". It's weird when your closed ones(such as family and friends) tell you that you really need to change something and we usually don't heed their advice, but when a third party tells you, it sounds much more daunting because you feel that the person is NOT oblige to tell you and has to do so because it is really BAD!

Finally went over to The Met @ Parkroyal for a much needed haircut, and they actually recommended me to try a "spa for my hair" which can actually be done at HOME TOO! Firstly, I never knew such a thing existed, because I really am not for one to care about my hair. I know there are treatments, but this one actually makes your scalp feel really calm and relaxed.

The Redken Nature's Rescue Home care

I thought that it was brilliant that Redken came up with this idea because I wouldn' t want to sit another 1 1/2 hour doing a treatment after my cut and color, I would probably get a sore on my butt! There are four steps:

1. Wash Away daily stress and product build up (Washing my hair has never been so refreshing)

2. Refine coarse hair like min by removing excess impurities and polish hair surface

3. Replenish your hair  up to the roots by moisturising your hair while soothing the scalp

4. Uplift the hair  by a spraying with a leave - in . It restores the senses and add light beachy tecture to the hair, much like how my hair looks like while blow drying

The handicraft of the Replenish Nature Care products and a cut by Alex! I do hope I won't get those comments anymore..... and it actually taught me a lesson to take better care about my hair. It should be a complete package from head to toe, not just neck to toe....LOL!

Mom's cut with the stylist Alex. She was pleased as a peach because she said no one can cut her hair with enough layer to make it looked perm!

AAAww, the Met is soo sweet! They put my  front cover in front of their shop, probably to show off their handicraft on my hair!

Now, all of you can go to ahead and try out a spa treatment on your hair too!!! You can ask to get it done there, or just buy the products and do it at the comforts of your home(that option is my pick in the future).  People  constantly ask me where I get my hair done for it's cut and color, and I always say the same place, "THE MET". Although it is at Park Royal Hotel in KL, it is definitely worth the journey. You will step out of the shop feeling satisfied and with a brand new look:)

Quickly make your appointments, their address and contact:
